This is a small, solo-developer app. Email is the only support channel — there's no phone, no chat, no ticket portal. Responses are usually within 48 hours, occasionally longer on weekends.
Before you email — common questions
The app won't sign me in.
Apple's Sign-In service occasionally refuses on iOS first launch. Force-quit the app (swipe up from the bottom and flick the card off the top), reopen it, and try again. If it still fails, tap Continue as guest — you can link the account to Apple later from the profile screen.
My multiplayer room won't connect.
The host needs to be on iOS 17 or later. The joiner needs the same. The room code is six characters from the alphabet 23456789ABCDEFGHJKMNPQRSTVWXYZ — the picker hides ambiguous characters (0/O, 1/I/L) so if you're typing a code that includes any of those, double-check.
I shared a pack and now I want to unshare it.
Open the pack from My Packs, scroll down, and tap Stop sharing. The public link stops working immediately. If you shared the same pack to a multiplayer room, that room's session keeps working until it ends — the prompt content was already pulled to the joiners' devices.
I want to delete my account.
Open the profile screen (person icon on the Setup screen), scroll to Danger Zone, and tap Delete account. This removes your profile, every custom pack you've authored, every link you've shared, and your After Hours sign-in. There's no undo. If the in-app flow fails for any reason, email aitools@satek.pro with your account identifier and we'll delete within 30 days.
A prompt feels off — can I report it?
Yes. Email us with the prompt's id (visible in the in-app pack editor for custom packs; for official packs, just paste the text or describe the screen). We re-tier or remove problem prompts in subsequent content updates. We don't push tier changes mid-session — your active game keeps the prompts you started with.
Refund requests.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases — we can't issue them ourselves. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and submit a request for the After Hours: Truth purchase. Apple decides; we have no visibility into the outcome.
